SAC Staff Children Education Fund NEW

St Andrew’s College
Staff Children Education Fund

During the build up to their 50th Leavers’ Reunion, several members of the Class of 1969 took the opportunity to do something memorable for College and launched the St Andrew’s College  Staff Children’s Education Fund.

One of College’s great advantages is the quality of its staff, and the purpose of the Fund is to enhance the school’s attractiveness to existing and new teachers who choose to dedicate themselves to College by helping to cover a range of College expenses such as academic materials, sports equipment, extramural activities and tours for deserving sons selected by the Headmaster.

The Fund was seeded by the 1969ers in its founding year and future 50th Leavers’ Reunion groups are encouraged to continue to support and raise funds to ensure the the Fund’s sustainability.

50 Year Leavers’ Challenge

During their 50th Leavers’ Reunion year in 2019, the 1969ers surpassed their original target of R400 000 and reached their revised target of R575 000.
