John Kingsley-Jones (Graham 1974) found this pic in a book about College rugby – A Passion Runs Through It – written by Christopher Maxwell (Armstrong 2006), the son of Keith Maxwell (Graham 1971) who was in Littlewoods and Graham House with John.
This Under 16A side was unbeaten. In 11 matches they scored 348 points and conceded only 51. Martin Boustred (Upper 1974), who now lives in Sydney, scored 132 points made up of 12 tries, 27 conversions, 9 penalties and a drop goal. The team was coached by Tony “Cranky” Crankshaw. Roddy Macdonald (Upper 1974) was captain and Graeme Kriedemann (Upper 1975) was vice captain.
